Job Description

The responsibilities of this role include maintaining cloud usage dashboards and generating monthly performance reports, analyzing usage patterns and resource utilization trends, providing KPI-based reporting to GTP Finance leadership, identifying opportunities for resource optimization, updating documentation and knowledge base, setting up AD accounts, service accounts, AAD, and AD groups, onboarding users to UAT, Pre-PROD, and PROD environments, handling requests and follow-ups related to various tools like RTCloud, Algosec, Remedy, and IAmPru, creating email distribution lists, coordinating with stakeholders during patching activities, managing SSL cert and license updates, administering user access, participating in daily sprint standup, working on user stories/tasks related to infrastructure, addressing defect fixes during UAT, documenting implementation steps and processes, and creating How-to articles.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Power BI, Grafana, and Looker (optional), an understanding of FinOps, tagging, and cost allocation, knowledge of Azure and GCP dashboards, strong reporting, presentation, and documentation skills, expertise in Active Directory, AAD, and IAm, experience in Azure Cloud components and GCP administration, proficiency in Windows VM and Linux VM administration, familiarity with PowerBI Desktop/Workspace and Power Automate, and knowledge of Bitbucket, GitHub, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.,
