Data PM ( DATA Treasury Squad)

Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) for Treasury and Capital Markets projects.Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.Drive the delivery of Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations, migrations, and upgrades.Domain & Business Alignment Act as the primary point of contact for Treasury business lines (FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Liquidity Management).Ensure project deliverables meet the nuanced requirements of Front, Middle, and Back Office treasury operations.Stakeholder & Vendor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Treasury Heads, IT leads, Risk, Compliance, and Finance departments.Manage external vendors and system integrators to ensure SLAs, budgets, and delivery quality are met.Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular executive reporting on project status, risks, and milestones.Risk & Compliance Proactively identify project risks and implement robust mitigation strategies.Ensure all treasury solutions comply with local UAE regulatory standards (e.g., CBUAE mandates), international financial regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
Agile & Change Management Champion Agile methodologies within the project team while accommodating Waterfall phases where necessary for large-scale banking transformations. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and smooth transition to production (go-live), ensuring minimal disruption to business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Project Management within the Banking or Financial Services sector, with a mandatory focus on Treasury and Capital Markets.
Certifications Active Project Management certification is highly preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) are a strong plus. Domain Knowledge Deep understanding of Treasury products, lifecycle, accounting, and risk management. Hands-on experience managing projects involving major Treasury platforms (Murex is highly advantageous).Technical Acumen Strong familiarity with system architecture, data migration, APIs, and integration aspects related to treasury ecosystems.
