Job Description
- 7–12 years of proven project management experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.
- Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile/Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams of 10–50+ members.
- Hands-on expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and scope control.
- Strong background in risk, issue, and dependency management using structured frameworks.
- Experience managing vendor and third-party delivery teams, contracts, and SLAs.
- Proven ability to drive projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels up to executive leadership.
- Experience maintaining RAID logs, change requests, and governance documentation rigorously.
- Ability to prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

- Familiarity with project & collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Experience delivering projects in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., banking, telecom, government, healthcare).
- Ability to manage and track project financials, including forecasting, cost variance, and burn rate analysis.
- Experience supporting or working within a central PMO and following standardized methodologies.
