We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, multi-stream programs aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and governance skills to ensure successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program planning, execution, and deliveryDefine program scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteriaManage interdependencies across projects and workstreamsTrack and control program schedule, budget, risks, and issuesEstablish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communicationEngage with senior stakeholders and provide executive-level updatesDrive issue resolution, decision-making, and escalation managementEnsure alignment with organizational strategy and standardsManage vendors and third-party partners as requiredSupport change management and adoption activitiesRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Program Manager delivering complex programsStrong project and program governance expertiseExcellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skillsExperience managing cross-functional and distributed teamsStrong risk management and problem-solving capabilitiesGood to HaveExperience in banking, financial services, or regulated industriesAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery experiencePMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar certificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in program management roles (preferred)
