Job Description
- As a Strategic Risk Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and articulating comprehensive risk strategy pillars for the current financial year and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing a clear multi-year roadmap aligning risk initiatives with broader business objectives and market trends
- Establishing the organization as a recognized industry leader in risk management through compelling narratives and strategic insights
- Creating and overseeing a comprehensive content management framework for thought leadership content
- Engaging with diverse stakeholders to develop valuable insights and transform complex subject matter into consumable content
- Planning strategic industry events to showcase our risk capabilities and drive meaningful industry dialogue
- Driving the creation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Regional Risk Officer and managing the expense budget for the CEMEA Risk team
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 12+ years of hands-on strategy development experience at top-tier management consulting firms or major multinational financial institutions
- An advanced degree from a top-tier institution with a strong analytical foundation
- Proven ability to independently identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive implementation

- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills for synthesizing complex information into compelling narratives
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and adapting strategic approaches based on market conditions
- Preferred qualifications include experience organizing industry events, leading high-performing teams, and knowledge of digital transformation initiatives
