Key Responsibilities

• Immigration Law Expertise: As a Lawyer at Visa Answer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and representation to clients.
• Client Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their needs, provide legal advice, and create customized strategies to achieve their goals.
• Documentation and Application Processing: Prepare and review legal documents, applications, and supporting materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with the countrys laws and regulations.

• Court Representation: Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, as required, and advocate for their rights and interests.
• Research and Stay Informed: Stay updated on changes and developments in laws and policies, and provide timely updates to clients on relevant legal matters.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our overseas clients team to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve the firms mission of facilitating smooth processes.
  

Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer in Canada with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in law.
• Strong understanding of laws, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of successful client representation and case outcomes.
