Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative 2D/3D Animator & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.
This is a full-time, Work-from-office position based in Preet Vihar, New Delhi.
Work hours are 10 AM to 7 PM, 6 days a week. No hybrid or work-from-home options are available.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality animations and motion graphics for a variety of marketing, educational, and promotional projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop quality 2D and 3D animations for digital campaigns, educational content, and promotional materials.
Conceptualize and produce engaging motion graphics that enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
Create storyboards that effectively communicate the script and narrative for each project.
Collaborate with the marketing and graphics teams to design creative assets for social media, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
Transform web briefs, messaging concepts, and marketing campaigns into visually captivating animated content.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in animation and motion graphics.
Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of animations into digital platforms.
Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in animation, motion graphic design, and video editing.
Strong expertise in 2D/3D animation with an eye for dynamic storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Adobe Animate (for 2D animation)
Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics and compositing)
Adobe Premiere Pro (for video editing)
Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (for designing visual assets)
Adobe Audition (for basic audio editing)
Experience with Lottie animations, GIF creation, and AI-powered animation tools.
Solid understanding of animation principles, rigging, and character animation.
Ability to conceptualize ideas and translate them into engaging animations.
Strong grasp of motion graphics techniques including typography, kinetic text, and infographics.
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
