Job Description
- As a Technical Trainer, your main responsibility will be to review trainee tasks, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements. You will be tasked with identifying bugs and errors, providing constructive feedback to trainees, and collaborating with project managers to align on trainee expectations. Additionally, you will assist trainees in troubleshooting and understanding requirements while tracking their performance and maintaining progress reports. It is crucial to stay updated with industry standards and QA best practices to excel in this role.
To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a technical trainer, software developer, or in QA. Hands-on knowledge of any programming language is required, along with a strong understanding of coding standards and testing methodologies. Excellent communication skills are essential to provide effective feedback to trainees. Being organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks will be advantageous.
