Job Description
- As a Quality Analyst for an international BPO (Australian process), you will be responsible for ensuring that the processes adhere to the prescribed quality parameters. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will play a crucial part in providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring to enhance process efficiency. Your role will involve closely working with Operations and Training teams to contribute towards improving quality standards.
Experience in sales and upselling processes is highly preferred for this position. You will be involved in content development and must be proficient in developing quality guidelines for the process to ensure zero defects. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing the quality process regularly, preparing action plans for process excellence, and managing audits effectively with attention to detail.
To excel in this role, you must possess good analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, along with the capability to manage a team effectively. The working hours for this full-time position are Monday to Friday, from 4:30 AM to 2:00 PM IST, with transportation provided in the form of a cab service.
