Job Description
- As a Telesales Executive for Janakpuri West and Noida Sector 2, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers and promoting IndiaMART's service packages. Both male and female candidates up to the age of 31 are welcome to apply for this position. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound sales calls, effectively communicate the features and benefits of IndiaMART's services, and build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
To excel in this role, you must hold a graduation degree and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B sales environment. You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in using CRM software and technology for sales activities is essential to maintain accurate records and provide a seamless customer experience.
The shift timings for this position are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, six days a week. The salary ranges from 18k to 21k, along with attractive incentives based on performance.
