Job Description

Vision X Nexus Real Estate is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Admin Assistant to support our Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks. If youre detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to work in a fast-paced real estate environment — we’d love to hear from you!
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with CRM updates and data entry
- Assist with property listings.
- Organize files, records, and documentation
- Handle email communication and meeting follow-ups
- Support with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
