Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js, along with hands-on experience integrating AI/Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should be capable of developing end-to-end applications, including backend microservices, modern React-based user interfaces, REST APIs, databases, and AI-powered features such as LLM integrations, chatbots, RAG, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.js.
• Develop backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Develop database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Work with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security.
• Implement application authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, or similar technologies.
• Integrate AI/LLM services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini.
• Build AI-powered application features such as:
  • AI Chatbots
  • Virtual Assistants
  • Intelligent Search
    
  • Document Summarization
  • Question Answering
  • Content Generation
• Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Work with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Technical Skills

Java Backend

• 4+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong experience with Java 8/11/17+.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Core Java
  • OOP
  • Collections
  • Multithreading
  • Java Streams and Lambda Expressions
• Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.

React Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript.
• React Hooks and functional components.
• State management using Redux / Context API.
• REST API integration.
• HTML5 and CSS3.
• Responsive web design.
• Experience with Jest / React Testing Library is preferred.

AI / GenAI Experience

• Hands-on experience integrating LLM/GenAI APIs into applications.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Claude, or Gemini.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Experience building RAG applications.
• Knowledge of:
  • Embeddings
  • Semantic Search
  • Vector Databases
  • Document Processing
• Experience with LangChain, Spring AI, or similar AI frameworks.
• Understanding of AI Agents / Agentic AI is preferred.
