Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
• Provide support in talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.
• Identify and analyze workforce trends to make data-driven recommendations.
• 
  Manage employee relations issues, facilitating conflict resolution and providing guidance on company policies.
• Drive engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote professional development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
• Support change management processes and organizational development efforts.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HRBP role or related HR function.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and talent management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
