Job Description

Visionet is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Principal - Commercial Solutions to play a foundational role in shaping our growing presence in the life sciences sector. This is an exceptional opportunity to anchor our commercial life sciences capabilities, drive the development of innovative solutions in patient services, digital engagement, and commercial analytics, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. As a core member of our HLS Industry Solutions Team, you will be instrumental in building our domain-led solutioning engine and driving significant growth.
What Were Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative T-shaped domain/functional experts with broad exposure across commercial life sciences and deep expertise in 1-2 core areas (e.g., patient services, commercial analytics). The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to transform commercial operations and is excited by the opportunity to:

Key Requirements For Success
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Commercial Operations within life sciences (pharmaceuticals, biotech).
  • Deep understanding of core commercial data assets and their application (e.g., claims data, HCP activity data, CRM data, digital engagement data, field force data).
  • Demonstrated experience in designing or implementing solutions in two or more of the following areas:
    • Patient Services (e.g., hub models, access/adherence programs)
    • HCP & Patient Engagement (digital and hybrid channels)
    • Digital and Brand Marketing

  • Proficiency in the application and integration of commercial tech platforms:
    • Veeva Commercial Suite, Salesforce Health/Marketing Cloud
    • Campaign management tools, consent capture solutions, field force enablement tools
  • Strong articulation and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse client audiences.
  • Experience working with US and/or EU clients (large and mid-market), including understanding cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Consulting mindset with the ability to structure problems, apply frameworks, develop logical recommendations, and work both independently and collaboratively.
