Job Description

    As an HR Recruiter at our company, you will play a vital role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include:
    - Executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates
    - Proactively identifying and addressing hiring needs
    - Evaluating and refining sourcing and selection procedures
    - Promoting diversity in the workplace and ensuring recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
    - Overseeing and improving the overall candidate experience
    - Maintaining talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs

    - Organizing recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
    - Participating in our company's strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement
    - Researching and recommending new sourcing tools and recruiting software (e.g. ATS)
    - Ensuring proper onboarding and training for new hires
    Qualifications required for this role include:
    - Proven working experience as an HR Recruiter
    - Being people-oriented and results-driven
    - Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
