COO(Chief Operation Officer)

:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and day-to-

day operations of the broking company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of

successful operational leadership, with experience in investment management firms, financial

services, or broking industries. The COO will work closely with the CEO, board and other senior

stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to drive growth, optimize operations, and

enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute the overall operational strategy for the broking company, in alignment

with the company's mission and goals.

 Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the company, including sales, marketing,

customer service, human resources, IT, finance, and risk management.

 Work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to identify opportunities for

growth, innovation, and operational optimization.

 Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to

ensure the efficient and effective operation of the company!

 Drive the overall customer experience strategy, ensuring that customer needs are met and

exceeded.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,

partners, and regulatory bodies.

 Provide regular updates to the CEO and board of directors on operational performance,

risks, and opportunities for improvement.

 Manage and mentor a high-performing team of operational leaders, ensuring their

continued growth and development.

Expertise:

 Proven experience in leading a mid-scale operational transformation initiative in a fast-

paced, dynamic environment.

 Experience in managing large teams across multiple locations.

 Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in the financial services industry, with a

focus on broking and trading

 Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance

metrics.

 Experience in developing and implementing strategic partnerships and alliances with other
companies.
