Key Responsibilities:

Managerial Responsibilities;-

1.Manage the team responsible for legal recourse to recover from delinquent customers.

2.Manage the local advocates for quick action on given cases.

Functional Responsibilities:-

1.Responsible for managing all legal and delinquency-related actions like sending demand notices, LRN, Arbitration, Lok Adalat, and Civil Suits..

2.Adhere to the agreed TAT for initiating action.

3.Support collection team and branch team to recover from NPA cases.

4.Ensuring advocates and arbitrators are appointed as per the process.

Job Requirements:-

1.The role requires 10-12 days of travel legal and collection-related actions on the ground.

2.Good communication skills especially in dealing with local advocates/court officials/police, and difficult customers.

3.Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems.

Qualifications:- Graduate degree(law)
