AVP Investment Banking (M&A, PE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of marketing materials used in the transactions, including information memorandums, management presentations and pitch books
• Managing the team of analysts and associates for deal execution
• Review & Development of various types of financial models for M&A/PE transactions
• Ensure co-ordination for due diligence, analysis and structuring of live transaction
• Participate in negotiations and other closure activities
• Assist Partners with the development of broader strategic initiatives to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in Investment banking space or working on the buy side of corporate development teams of IT services companies
• Should have worked in/closed minimum of 2-3 deals in PE / M&A across sectors. Experience in closure of M&A deals in IT Services space would be viewed positively
• CA / MBA with relevant years of post-qualification experience
