Senior Scrum Master

What You Will Do
Were seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead multiple Agile teams, mentor Scrum Masters, and drive Agile maturity across the organization. Youll work cross-functionally to align delivery teams with business priorities, resolve complex dependencies, and help teams deliver real valueat scale.

• Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery practices for 23 Scrum teams

• Coach and mentor other Scrum Masters and Agile team members
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to ensure clear prioritization and value delivery
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and impediments
• Promote continuous improvement by tracking and analyzing Agile metrics
• Support Agile scaling initiatives and alignment with organizational strategy
• Champion Agile best practices and lead efforts to improve Agile maturity

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong command of Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
• Proven ability to lead multiple Agile teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM II/III, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)
