Viva Connect - Performance Marketing Manager

The Affiliate Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing HELO.AIs affiliate partners, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring strong ROI and low Cost Per Lead (CPL). The role requires hands-on experience in affiliate campaign management, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution:

- Plan and launch affiliate campaigns across multiple channels.

- Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure quality leads and desired CPL.

- Optimize creatives, landing pages, and funnels with internal teams.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:

- Track CPL, ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

- Conduct A/B testing to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.

- Identify underperforming campaigns and take quick corrective actions.
Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on affiliate performance.

- Share actionable insights on spend, leads, conversions, and ROI.

- Use analytics tools (GA4, Excel, internal dashboards) for detailed analysis.
Compliance & Quality Control:

- Ensure all affiliate campaigns follow HELO.AIs policies and brand guidelines.

- Regularly check lead quality to avoid fraud, duplication, or irrelevant leads.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

- 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.

- Strong knowledge of CPL campaigns, ROI optimization, and partner management.

- Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, and media buying partners.

- Ability to analyze large data sets and take quick decisions.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Understanding of the CPaaS / SaaS industry (preferred but not mandatory).
