Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a combination of on-site visits and flexibility for some remote work. As a Real Estate Investor, you will analyze potential investment opportunities, evaluate real estate market trends, and identify high-potential properties for investment. The responsibilities include collaborating with partners, negotiating deals, and managing relationships with investors to produce profitable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Investments and Finance
- Experience in handling Investment Properties and Real Estate transactions
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with Investors
- Analytical skills and the ability to assess property market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in real estate or investment areas are a plus
