Job Description
- As an Assistant HR Manager/Senior Executive HR Generalist at Vivekananda Global University in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. With 2-8 years of relevant work experience, you will be responsible for areas such as performance appraisal, training & development, new joining and induction, employee engagement, MIS and analytics, and exit management. Your understanding of HR processes will be vital in implementing initiatives that enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in organizing in-house training sessions, workshops, and faculty development programs, planning and coordinating employee engagement activities and cultural events, managing/supporting the day-to-day operation of HRMS, generating routine reports, coordinating exit processes, handling routine employee queries, ensuring timely communication of HR notices, organizing HR files and documentation, managing the new joining and induction process, and coordinating inter-departmental issues.

To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in HR or a related discipline, possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist functions (preferably in an educational or service-oriented sector), demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, and have familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance.
