Job Description
- As an HR Faculty member with proficiency in the German language, you will play a crucial role in teaching, guiding, and mentoring students in the field of Human Resources while also incorporating German language knowledge to enhance learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, workshops, and training sessions in HR-related subjects.
- Integrate German language as required in HR teaching modules and discussions.
- Guide students on projects, assignments, and career development.
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Provide academic and professional counseling to students.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the German language (mandatory) both spoken and written.

In this role, you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 per month along with growth and training opportunities in a supportive academic environment. Additionally, you will have the chance to work in an international teaching setup.
