Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

  • Media Planning & reporting
  • Hands on Experience on Managing operations of Mainline & Digital.
  • Programmatic Buying & Planning
  • Actively interactive & communicating between the brand & the agency
  • Aligning internal take holders for the concept & execution of every campaign.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Media (Mainline + Digital) Planning & reporting:

  • Understanding the objective of the brand & accordingly propose the Media properties & Mix
  • Coordinate the implementation of Media plans with agency. Supervising the implementation of Media campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social Media advertising.
  • Have worked on OOH, TV, Print, Radio & Cinema planning & operations.
  • Create and manage digital campaign budgets. Create weekly monthly recon of budgets and reports
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations.
  • Hands on experience on digital Ad operations, estimate creation, RO/PO release.
  • Co-ordination with finance team for billing and budget recon
  • Co-ordinating with agencies for creative banner adapts and tracking links for analysis
  • Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology, including Google Analytics.

  • Prompt in Media verification tools like MOAT etc

Media Operations

  • Creative scheduling basis of Media planning
  • Campaign Execution
  • Coordination with CMT & GTM for launch offer and creative alignment
  • Full fill the Agency requirement like creative, offer & landing page URL
  • Launch Webcast management
  • Monthly Report
  • Competition report
  • Create repository of Media plan & report, Campaign wise Plan & report, Brand Campaign Report & Plan, Campaign spends data, Yearly spends data, Post campaign analysis deck.
  • GBM, GMC, YouTube Account, Official Account Access management
