Property Acquisition Analyst/Lead -

This role is responsible for identifying potential properties for purchase, conducting due diligence and background checks, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and coordinating documentation for financing, bridging, and repayment processes.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Urban Planning, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 24 years of experience in property acquisitions, real estate compliance, or related fields.
• Experience with real estate financing (bridge loans, mortgages, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of property laws, municipal regulations, and real estate documentation.
