Job Description

    As an Experienced Real Estate Consultant for the Dubai Market while working from India, your key responsibilities will include sourcing and qualifying leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting. You will be responsible for presenting and marketing luxury residential & commercial properties to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) across India. Additionally, conducting client meetings and managing end-to-end sales cycles will be crucial aspects of your role. It is essential to stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, regulations, and market dynamics to ensure successful performance in this position.
    To excel in this role, you must possess proven real estate sales experience in Dubai, which is a mandatory requirement. A Bachelor's Degree is also necessary for this position. You should have a strong network and knowledge of Dubai's property market. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are vital for effectively engaging with clients. Prior experience in luxury real estate will be a strong advantage in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.
