Job Description

Position: Sales Tele Caller (Health Consultant)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
Languages - Excellent English with any one regional language - Telugu or Tamil
Work Timings
Day Shift (9 am to 12 pm & again from 3 pm to 9 pm) - 8 hours
Working days: 6 days per week.
Reporting To: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Role Description
A tele-sales consultant at VMax Wellness is responsible for selling health and fitness services over the phone by converting leads into customers. Key responsibilities include understanding the services, explaining them to potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The position is a target-driven environment that requires a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
  • The primary goal is to convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Prospecting clients for the premium plans of Vmax Wellness Group.
  • Handling new client acquisitions and converting free users to Premium users.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and can pitch the right plan for the client.
  • Understanding the sales process through Job Training.
  • Negotiating with Users to arrive at the best deal for both the client and the organization.
  • Generate quality leads to expand our customer base.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth.
  • Position our company as a category and industry leader.
  • Improve the time spent on winning and closing sales.
  • Ability to lead and follow up for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets.
  • Be a team player and build good relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (a background in Nutrition or Health Sciences will be an added advantage).
  • We are looking for a motivated Tele sales specialist with 6 months to one year of sales experience, preferably in a B2C environment. Prior experience in the Health & Wellness industry is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Candidate to be fluent in English and one or more regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or Hindi).
  • Sales Partners are required to have a functional laptop with a stable internet connection, along with wired accessories (headphones, keyboard, and mouse). Additionally, they should ensure a quiet and comfortable workspace to perform their responsibilities effectively.
  • A health and fitness enthusiast with knowledge of the Health, Wellness, and Fitness domain.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills, extremely enthusiastic, motivated, and aggressive.
  • Strong negotiation skills, closing skills, and diligent follow-up skills.
