AGM - Analytics, BI & Decision Support

Job Purpose

Data analyst role is strategic partner to Digital PO, Delivery lead and functional POs in building deep customer insights and actionable using data and analytics tools. Data analyst will spend 10% of his/her time for reporting and 90% in ad-hoc analysis which will help squad meet business KPIs

In terms for key job purpose, it will include-

• Analysis of user journeys
• Insights on improvement of user journeys
• Analytics implementation on digital products
• UAT of analytics implementation
• Set-up training for squad members
• Enable Data driven decision making for improvement of signature journeys
• Analyst will be part of digital squad
• Insight on channel conversion
• Enable insight on marketing spend if any marketing campaign is on
• Digital vs Offline profile comparison of customer and create single view of customer using data
• Design thinking, and familiarity with digital journey and analysis is key for success

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Hypothesis testing
• Insight for improving overall funnel, timely Analytics tagging & Testing
• Ensure timely dashboard

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Hands on Knowledge of Adobe, Google Analytics or other similar tools
• Strong knowledge and understanding on digital customer behavior & funnel management
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• Good communication,
• Integrity and process oriented individual
• Ability to work effectively with team

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

• MBA (optional)
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization with ecomm / sevice delivery background
• Understanding concept of Agile ways of working
