Agentic AI Developer

We are seeking aAgentic AI Developerwith35 years of total software/AI experienceand proven hands-on work inAgentic AI. The ideal candidate has builtLLM-powered agentsusing frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel, and can design, deploy, and optimize autonomous AI systems for real-world business use cases.

• Architect, build, and deployLLM-driven agentsthat can plan, reason, and execute multi-step workflows.
• Work withagent orchestration frameworks(LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, etc.).
• Develop and maintaintools, APIs, and connectorsfor extending agent capabilities.
• ImplementRAG pipelineswith vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.).
• Optimize prompts, workflows, and decision-making foraccuracy, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to designuse-casespecific agents(e.g., copilots, data analysts, support agents).
• Ensuremonitoring, security, and ethical compliance
  
  of deployed agents.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends inmulti-agent systems and autonomous AI research.

• 35 years of professional experience inAI/ML, software engineering, or backend development.
• Demonstratedhands-on experiencein building agentic AI solutions (not just chatbots).
• Proficiency inPython(TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus).
• Direct experience withLLM APIs(OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Cohere, etc.).
• Strong knowledge ofvector databasesandembeddings.
• Experience integratingAPIs, external tools, and enterprise data sourcesinto agents.
• Solid understanding ofprompt engineering and workflow optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.
