  Create detailed and high-level release plans.
• Manage project deliverable releases, ensuring alignment with the release lifecycle.
• Ensure releases meet requirements and stay within budget.
• Develop implementation and deployment plans based on release schedules.
• Coordinate GoLive resources and define roles (experts, developers, infrastructure).
• Oversee deployments across environments.
• Lead GoLive activities for successful software deployment.
• Ensure stakeholder availability during GoLive weekends Identify and mitigate release risks to maintain scope and quality.
• Facilitate communication on tasks, timelines, and updates across teams.
• Provide weekly release activity updates.
• Maintain documentation on release procedures, notifications, and dependencies
