Job Description

    As a Sales Technical Consultant at CharzUP, you will be responsible for managing B2B sales operations efficiently and executing field sales strategies to achieve assigned targets. Your role will involve developing and delivering impactful presentations to partners and customers, highlighting the benefits of CharzUP solutions. You will serve as a technical consultant by understanding customer needs and tailoring suitable solutions accordingly.
    Collaboration with product management is crucial in aligning product development with customer and market demands. Additionally, conducting technical training sessions on CharzUP products and solutions for sales teams, partners, and end users will be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated on the competitive landscape and effectively position offerings against competitors.
    Your role will also involve identifying and resolving technical issues that may affect customer satisfaction. Providing both general best practices and site-specific engineering recommendations for civil, electrical infrastructure, and telecommunications will be key aspects of your job. Analyzing and performing calculations for electrical service load profiling, capacity planning, and energy management with provided training will also be required.

    Conducting site visits at multiple locations to assess requirements and provide appropriate solutions is an integral part of your responsibilities. As a part of CharzUP, a unit of Voltere Power Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will contribute to building a large-scale network of electric vehicle charging stations.
