At GTT Electromobility BLR , we are looking for Reactive Quality Project Manager (RQ-PM) who will lead in securing Product quality impacting customer needs.
What You Will Do

• 
  Lead Re-active Quality for Global Electromobility Products
• Lead Quality Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 8D framework
• Lead/contribute in cross functional discussions to secure Product quality
• Lead product quality log and secure data driven decision making
• Knowledge capture, Spread, maintain and re-use through efficient tools
  

Who You Are

• CV or Automotive product knowledge, and in Product & Systems Diagnostics.
• Proficient in system/application knowledge in Electric Vehicles or Electrification
• Proficient in Automotive Product development processes & Project management

Qualification Summary

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Software and related fields
• 8+ years of working experience in Quality areas connected to Automotive or Electric vehicles
• Quality related work experience (Six Sigma, FMEA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5 Whys, Histogram, etc.)
• Experience in working in projects and project management
• Good knowledge about Volvo Group products or CV products.
• Key competencies : Communication, Customer Success, Results oriented, Managing Ambiguity, Networking
