Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager- Bulding Materials , based in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with Design firms, Architects, Contractors and developers, developing sales strategies, and expanding regional market reach. Responsibilities also include driving revenue growth, maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote VOX building material products in the UAE market.
Qualifications- Strong market relations in Interior and Exterior industry in UAE
- Excellent servicing skills to interior designers, architects, contractors, fit out companies, real estate developers
- Valid UAE driving license
- 4-5 years of business development experience in building material, wall cladding; flooring; exterior facade and ceiling materials
- Proven experience in Business Development with expertise in lead generation, sales, and customer relationship management
- Strong knowledge of UAE building material market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in project management, organizational skills, and goal-oriented planning
- Knowledge of the building material and renovation products in the country.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Familiarity with the UAE market and local business practices is essential
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
