Job Description

    As a Bar Manager at our establishment in Tinsukia, Assam, you will play a crucial role in leading the bar operations with your dynamic leadership skills and extensive knowledge of mixology. Your main responsibilities will include:
    - **Staff Management:** You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising bartenders, servers, and support staff. Additionally, creating and managing staff schedules to maintain adequate coverage.
    - **Inventory Control:** Monitoring and managing bar inventory, including liquor, beverages, glassware, and supplies. Implementing effective stock control measures to minimize wastage and optimize costs.
    - **Menu Development:** Collaborating with the culinary team to create and update drink menus, developing innovative cocktail recipes based on seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
    - **Customer Service:** Setting high standards for customer service, addressing feedback promptly, and resolving issues to ensure a positive reputation.
    - **Budget Management:** Developing and overseeing the bar's budget with a focus on cost control, pricing strategies, and revenue generation.
    - **Compliance and Licensing:** Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices. Conducting staff training on these matters.

    - **Event Planning:** Organizing and coordinating special events, promotions, and themed nights to attract a diverse clientele, collaborating with marketing teams for effective promotion.
    - **Quality Assurance:** Regularly inspecting the bar area, equipment, and service standards to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality.
    Qualifications required for this role include proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar hospitality industry position, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, knowledge of inventory management and budgeting, familiarity with health and safety regulations, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
