Job Description

As a Telesales Executive at our company, your primary role will involve converting inbound and outbound calls into bookings, upselling services, and delivering exceptional service to potential and existing guests. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming calls, and addressing guest inquiries related to hotel packages, availability, and promotions. Your ability to clearly explain our products and services while identifying customer requirements will be crucial in recommending the most suitable resort packages, upgrades, or add-ons.

In this role, you must maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and bookings in our CRM system. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs is essential, along with providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process. Collaboration with reservations, marketing, and operations teams will be necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. Staying informed about our company offers, property features, and seasonal campaigns is also expected.
The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience in telesales, reservations, or customer service, preferably within the hospitality sector. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Your persuasion and negotiation skills will play a key role in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.

This is a full-time, permanent position with various shift options including day, morning, night, and rotational shifts. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is preferred, and the work location is in person.
