Were Hiring | Head of Revenue & Operations US Staffing (Full-Time)

Company: VSV WINS

Location: Remote(Working with US clients)

Shift: US Shift

Experience: 812 years (US Staffing mandatory)

Reports to: Founder / CEO

Role Overview::

We are looking for a senior, hands-on leader who will own revenue outcomes, VMS execution, and team performance end-to-end for our US full-time staffing business.

This role carries real accountability and decision-making authority over execution, delivery processes, and team structure. The person in this role will work closely with the founder and operate with high autonomy.

Availability during US business hours for client and team interactions is required.

Key Responsibilities::

Own and drive monthly & quarterly revenue outcomes through disciplined execution and pipeline control

Lead VMS operations (CEIPAL) for US full-time positions

Manage and scale full-time (direct hire / permanent) hiring across multiple US clients

Improve submissions interviews offers joins conversion ratios

Manage recruiters, BDMs, and vendors with clear daily & weekly KPIs

Build and maintain a high-performing vendor ecosystem (A / B / C classification)

Ensure SLA adherence and handle client escalations professionally

Create simple dashboards, reporting, and execution discipline across teams

Required Experience & Skills::

812 years of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment

Strong background in full-time (permanent / direct hire) staffing

Hands-on experience in VMS environments

Proven ability to drive business outcomes, not just manage activity

Solid understanding of the US hiring lifecycle and delivery metrics

Data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable with accountability

This Role Is NOT::

A coordination or support position

A reporting-only or title-based role

A founder-dependent role

This role is about ownership, structure, and results.
