Sales Operations Coordinator

Your Role in VT Markets
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations and sales coordination.
Job Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic OR Chinese (preferred); English proficiency is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and common productivity tools. 

• Previous experience in executive support, sales coordination, or operations is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. 
• Strong follow-up skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in financial services, sales support, or a multinational environment is a plus.
  

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Track sales progress, monitor pipelines, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. 
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, management, and external partners.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and business presentations. 
• Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
• Support cross-functional projects and ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
