• Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
• Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT fields in recruitment
• Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and more
• A track record of meeting goals and KPIs
• Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Strong sourcing skills and a Boolean Search expert
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
