- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment
- Expertise in Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT fields in recruitment
- Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and more
- A track record of meeting goals and KPIs
- Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Strong sourcing skills and a Boolean Search expert
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cab drop facility only for women employees (Up to 20 Km radius)
