Job Description

As a USA Voice Process representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage both inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. It is essential to adhere to communication scripts while interacting with customers, aiming to provide exceptional service and establish sustainable relationships with them.
A specific requirement for this role is to possess excellent communication skills in the English language. The working hours for this position are from 9:00 PM to 06:00 AM, as it is a fixed night shift. The work schedule includes evening shifts, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday commitments, and US shifts.
