Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and notices.
• Conduct research on various laws and regulations related to intellectual property rights (IPR), corporate law, and other relevant areas.
• Provide guidance on IPR matters to internal stakeholders and assist with patent filings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues and provide strategic advice.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and correspondence.

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution (National Law School Preferred).
