Group Product Manager - Marketing

We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our pharmaceutical product portfolio. The ideal candidate will manage brands effectively, drive market growth, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure products meet both customer needs and regulatory requirements. The position will be based in Mumbai and will report to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

Play a significant role in driving the strategic plans in line with the Divisions vision.

Leverage programs to build awareness of the Divisions brands and drive incremental sales.

Oversee the preparation of print inputs like Visual Aid, LBLs etc for product promotion

To plan, initiate and monitor campaigns & activities to get instant and continuous attention of the doctors towards the assigned brands.

AnalyzetheperformanceofourBrandandcompetitorbrandandpreparetheplan accordingly.

To interact with and manage KOLs, conduct market surveys and identify new products to be launched.

To help in creating brand specific marketing strategies, including product marketing briefs, FAQs and objection handling documents.

To handle the marketing training to the field force.

Education:

Graduate in Pharmacy and Post-graduate in Marketing / Brand Management.

Background/Skills/Knowledge:

Minimum 12 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in driving brand performances Proven success driving results and delivering a return on investment to the company.

A track record of new product development with strong marketing and communications skills.
