Position: Business Development Manager
Location: USA (Remote/Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract / Freelance

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the staffing and recruitment industry, with a deep understanding of client acquisition, relationship management, and market trends in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients in diverse industries to achieve revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to generate leads and close new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their staffing needs and business challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Collaboration and Strategy

  • Partner with recruitment teams to ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to attract new business.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and market insights to guide decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of staffing services, industry standards, and client acquisition strategies in the USA market.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Established a network of contacts within industries such as IT, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of staffing in the USA.
