HR Coordinator - Onboarding

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

What you will do: You will manage all administrative aspects of onboarding, from pre-boarding to post-boarding activities.

Key responsibility:

• Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including sending welcome packets and gathering necessary paperwork.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities.
• Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

• Respond to new hire inquiries and provide support.
• Assist with the administration of HR systems and processes related to onboarding.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in HR or a related field (Entry-level).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
