What Youll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust software solutions for Club Receiving, Inventory, and Fulfilment systems.
• Champion the integration of GenAI and AgenticAI technologies, driving automation, intelligent decision-making, and adaptive workflows across club operations.
• 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding product, operations, other engineering areas and data scienceto deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, including code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
  

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in large-scale, complex environments.
• Deep expertise in designing and building enterprise-grade systems, ideally within retail or supply chain domains.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, AgenticAI, or related AI/ML technologies, and a passion for driving their adoption in real-world applications.

Option 1: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years experience in site reliability engineering, site and system administration, infrastructure management, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years experience in site reliability engineering, site and system administration, infrastructure management, or related area.
2 years supervisory experience.
