Job Description
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
What youll do...
About Team:
The InfoSec product team will own critical applications and processes used by all Walmart associates, contractors, and suppliers on a global scale. This includes authentication, internet access, email protection, risk reviews, and remote access, just to name a few.
You will be a key contributor to ensure the end-customer is built into all aspects of InfoSec products. You will interact daily with business, technology, project, and leadership teams to accomplish our vision of customer centric products.

You will make an impact by:
- Bringing Passion to ideate, plan, and ensure InfoSec enables our customer to execute efficiently in a secure manner
- Conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand modern technology offerings and tradeoffs
- Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Defining vision and strategies for your products-using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners to build roadmaps and work closely with engineering to strike a balance between features, tech debt, and operations.
- Providing overall direction for the product and managing the total cost of ownership end-to-end
- Be hands-on in analyzing data sets and recommending solutions to stakeholders on how best to leverage the products.
- Key Skills:
- Experience in Identifying key metrics, conducting rigorous explorative data analysis, and in building business cases that drive decision making and business prioritization
- Data driven mindset with experience in quantitative data modeling.
- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
- Creating functional requirements based on customer engagement
- Creating and prioritizing requirements for engineering teams
- Gathering feedback from customers on usability and functionality of products
- Creating detailed use-cases based on customer feedback
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to production implementation
- Creation of centralized process and uniform documentation for all customer deliverables
- Advanced/master’s degree in engineering or management is preferred.
- You come with 10+ years of overall experience and with 3-4 years’ experience of leading product portfolio.
- Effective communicator to act as an advisor to senior leadership and partner
- Flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Uncompromising commitment to the customer.
- Ability to drive teams toward a shared vision with velocity and possess an indomitable bias toward action in the face of ambiguity.
- Willingness to be bold – be undeterred by organizational obstacles and with a High tolerance for risk / low fear of failure.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business and technical partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization.
- Advanced/ master’s degree in engineering or management is preferred.
