Job Description
- As a Customer Care Senior Resolution Coordinator at Walmart Global Tech in Chennai, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 4 years of relevant customer service experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interact professionally with customers. You must also be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Walk-in interviews are scheduled for May 28th only (Wednesday), and a call letter is mandatory for participation. Please note that only candidates within the specified experience range and relevant job profile should attend the walk-in drive.
