Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented professional to drive the distribution of Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The role focuses on acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients, family offices and institutional investors to accelerate AUM growth.
The organization is an emerging Indian asset management firm, part of a reputed financial services group, with a strong focus on expanding investment solutions across both alternatives and mutual funds, including underserved and tier-3 markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify, approach, and onboard HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and institutions to achieve AUM targets
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat investments and referrals
- Channel Management: Develop strong partnerships with Wealth Managers, IFAs, and National Distributors

- Product Advisory: Present PMS/AIF offerings with a consultative approach, aligning solutions to client risk profiles and goals
- Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates to refine sales strategy
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for seamless onboarding, documentation and KYC processes
Required Candidate Profile:
- 5 years of experience in wealth/asset management or investment product sales
- Proven ability to sell AIF/PMS products
- Strong performer with a demonstrated track record of - 500-700 crore AUM
- Strong network within HNI/UHNI or institutional investor segments

- Solid understanding of AIF structures, PMS strategies and investment products
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business; MBA/CFA preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NISM PMS/Mutual Fund) are an advantage
