The Role
- We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join WaveMaker Customer Success Team. In this role, you will work very closely with WaveMaker business, product, professional services and customer support teams.
- WaveMaker customers include a mix of medium sized business and large enterprises. As a Customer Success Manager, your job will be to work very closely with existing customers as well as prospective customers, driving customer success.
- This position will be located at WaveMaker’s Hyderabad office.
Who You Are
- You are a customer-obsessed SaaS professional with 4-6 years of relevant experience in two or more of the following areas: customer success, customer engagement, customer implementation, pre-sales, technical account management, consulting and customer support.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to present clearly and persuasively to customers, partners, colleagues and senior executives.
- You have a technical background and are well-versed with the latest trends and deep insights about application development, cloud and other modern technologies; yet you have the intellectual curiosity to learn and explore the market potential of new technology innovations.
- You are very comfortable in rolling up your sleeves and jumping into the details of a customer issue or shepherding a new initiative and program managing all aspects of it.
- You are curious, self-driven, structured and meticulous in your approach yet have a bias for action, are proactive and energetic.
- You have a knack for knowing what customers really want and spotting opportunities and problems before they manifest; you understand and navigate the complex dynamics of a large enterprise customer. You are resourceful and a problem-solver but know when to ask for help and how to take help.
- You have high personal integrity, build trust and credibility quickly internally and with customers, are easy to work with, and lead with knowledge and content to develop authentic professional relationships
- Finally, you are a purpose-driven individual who wants to make a difference - whether in helping customers succeed and fall in love with WaveMaker or wowing prospective customers.

- Working closely with enterprise customers to ensure that their investment in WaveMaker is fully leveraged to become immensely successful and deliver high scores of customer satisfaction.

- Working across the spectrum of topics from product understanding, training, support, implementation consulting and professional services with customers in their journey from licensing to enablement to scale usage.
