Customer Service (Voice)
Role & responsibilities:
>Provide excellent customer service to clients over calls.
>Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently .
>Handlining customer queries related to Insurance.
Preferred candidate profile:
- UG/Graduate should have minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO.
- Should have excellent Communication skills.
- Need Good spoken skills
