Customer Service (Voice)

Role & responsibilities:

>Provide excellent customer service to clients over calls.

>Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently .

>Handlining customer queries related to Insurance.

Preferred candidate profile:

• UG/Graduate should have minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO.
• Should have excellent Communication skills.
• Need Good spoken skills

• UK Shifts (6:30 am - 2:30 am)
• 7.5 hours of login & 1.5 hours of break
• 750 pounds of Company shares + Dividend
• Both side cabs
• Hybrid after Training
